Note: The Platform currently operates as an online brand and operator of services. Participation in

our Services or Affiliate Program does not create any employment, partnership or other legal

affiliates and prospective affiliates who register for our Affiliate Program.

do not use our Services.

This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Affiliate Terms & Conditions

(each linked on our site). Where they differ, the Terms govern the relationship; this Policy governs

data protection matters.

password.

Payment details: payment method identifiers, billing details (note: we do not store full

card details on our servers — we use third-party payment processors).

Affiliate data: bank account/UPI details, PayPal/Wise details, tax forms or declarations

(e.g., W-8BEN or equivalent), company name (if applicable), GST/TIN (India) where

applicable.

Communications: support tickets, messages, emails, feedback, reviews.

Content you upload: user content, testimonials, images or files you submit to us.

Marketing preferences and consent choices.

4. Sharing & Disclosure of Personal Data

We do not sell your personal data. We share personal data in the limited circumstances below:

Service providers & processors: payment processors, hosting providers, email service

providers, analytics providers, affiliate platform providers, and other vendors who process

data on our behalf under contract.

Third-party products suppliers: we may provide customer or reseller information to third-

party product suppliers as necessary to deliver a product or license; however we will limit

such sharing to what is reasonably necessary.

Payment & payout partners: banks, PayPal, Wise and other payment/payout processors for

disbursing funds and processing payments. Legal & safety reasons: to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests by

public authorities, prevent fraud or imminent harm, enforce our Terms, or defend legal

claims.

Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or

sale of assets — subject to confidentiality and applicable law.

We require third-party processors to implement appropriate technical and organizational

measures and process data only as our instructions.

5. Third-Party Products & Copyright / No Results Promise (your requested clause)

Because we acquire some digital products from various third-party suppliers, we may share

purchaser details with the supplier when necessary to deliver the product or comply with licensing

terms. You agree that:

Terms for “No results promised” clause).

We cannot continuously monitor the copyright status of every Third-Party Product. If you

have concerns about copyright or ownership, you must carry out your own checks before

using, distributing, or reselling such products.

The Platform is not responsible for intellectual property claims arising from third-party

products, and affiliates must indemnify the Platform against such claims if they arise from

affiliate distribution/usage.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, provide features, measure

performance and personalize content and ads. Typical cookie categories:

Essential cookies – required for site operation (session, authentication).

Functional cookies – remember preferences and improve UX.

Support tickets & communications: retained for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve

indefinitely.

If you request deletion of your account, we will remove or anonymize personal data except where

Affiliates who receive international payouts may be required to provide tax forms (e.g., W-8BEN or

equivalent). We may withhold or delay payments until required documentation is provided. You

are responsible for your local tax compliance.

12. Security of Your Data

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data

(encryption in transit, access controls, secure servers). However, no system is impenetrable; we

cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach occurs that creates a real risk to you, we will

notify affected users and regulators as required by law.

13. Children & Minors

Our Services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under

the applicable age of majority (18, or higher where required). If you learn we have collected such

data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

This Policy is governed by the same dispute resolution and governing law principles as our Terms

of Service: attempts at amicable resolution first, then binding arbitration seated in Mumbai, India

under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996; language English. Parties may seek interim

injunctive relief in any competent court where necessary; Mumbai courts handle enforcement.

Affiliate Dashboard.

Cookie banner: implement a cookie consent banner to capture opt-ins for non-essential

cookies.

Recordkeeping: maintain logs of privacy requests, consents, cookie consents and changes

to the Policy.

Future registration: when/if you incorporate or register a legal entity, update the Policy to

reflect the entity name and controller details.
