We are excited to have you onboard as a valued partner. By joining our Affiliate Program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and long-term success for both you (the “Affiliate”) and NextoryLaunch (the “Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

1. Eligibility

• The Program is open to individuals aged 18+ worldwide, and 21+ in jurisdictions where required by law.
• Affiliates must not be residents of restricted/sanctioned jurisdictions, including but not limited to Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, and any country subject to US, EU, or UN sanctions.
• By registering, you confirm you meet eligibility criteria. Any violation may result in account termination.

2. Affiliate Relationship

• Affiliates are independent promoters and are not employees, partners, representatives, or agents of NextoryLaunch.
• Joining the Program does not create any partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.

3. Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn a 30% commission on every valid, confirmed, and non-refundable sale tracked through their unique affiliate link.
• Commission rates may be modified for promotions, discounts, or policy changes. The Platform may update rates at any time.

4. Tracking & Dashboard

• Each Affiliate receives a personal dashboard to monitor sales, clicks, and commissions in real-time.
• Only sales recorded in the dashboard are considered valid.
• Affiliates must raise support queries via our official channels (website/WhatsApp/email).

5. Payout Policy

• Payouts are released twice every month – on the 7th and 27th.
• Minimum payout threshold:
• Domestic (India): ₹5,000 INR
• International: $100 USD (or equivalent)
• Payment modes: Indian bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/UPI) for domestic affiliates, and PayPal/Wise/Bank Transfer for international affiliates.
• Taxes: Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying their local taxes.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

• Commissions are only paid on valid and completed sales.
• If a customer requests a refund, chargeback, or cancellation, the Affiliate commission is forfeited.

7. Fraud & Misuse Policy

• We follow a Zero Tolerance Policy against fraud, including (but not limited to):
• Fake/self-purchases
• Bots or automated traffic
• Misleading or fraudulent promotions
• Misuse of brand names in spam/fraud contexts
• Any Affiliate found guilty will face immediate termination and may face legal action.

8. Advertising & Promotion

• Affiliates may promote via organic or paid methods (social media, blogs, YouTube, Google Ads, etc.).
• Affiliates may use NextoryLaunch brand name and product names in promotions, but must not:
• Make false promises
• Spam users
• Engage in unethical or illegal advertising
• Affiliates are fully responsible for their own ad spend and compliance with laws (including disclosure requirements like “affiliate link” notices).

9. Indemnity & Liability

• Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform and its operators from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from their promotional activities.
• The Platform is not responsible for Affiliate ad spends, losses, or disputes with third parties.

10. Program Termination & Modifications

• The Platform may suspend, modify, or terminate the Program at any time.
• Valid commissions earned prior to termination will still be honored.
• We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Affiliates are responsible for reviewing updated Terms regularly.

11. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes must first be resolved amicably between Affiliate and Platform.
• If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Mumbai, India under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
• The language shall be English, and Mumbai courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction for enforcement.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By joining the NextoryLaunch Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
